When you buy the product, please make sure if need Dongle or don't need Dongle.

If the CD is broken, please contact with us or leave us your E-mail before open dispute, we will send you the software.
2.if it is no function after install,it is mean you install the wrong "exe",please install the "5.31 exe",not "vcp6"
3.if the error items shows USB dongle can not find,please make sure all the driver are install,then plug in the USB first before start the programmer
